About Aim High Media

I’m Shade McElyea, the founder of Aim High Media Productions. I was raised right here in the pineywoods in Nacogdoches TX. After serving 8.5 years in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments in Korea, Hawaii, Cheyenne, Shreveport, and a deployment overseas, I returned home and spent two years in law enforcement at a sheriff's office. Now working at a local mill, I’ve always been driven by discipline and leadership.

My passion for video and editing started with filming hunting adventures, and that hobby quickly evolved into a deep love for creating compelling visual stories. I’ve taken the skills I developed in the military, law enforcement, and at the mill to ensure excellence in my work, attention to detail, managing projects efficiently, and delivering results. Through Aim High Media Productions, I’m dedicated to helping businesses, realtors, and event organizers capture and share their unique stories, frame by frame."
